  • Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 working days.
  • Order confirmation via call or WhatsApp may be required before dispatch.
  • Orders are shipped only after successful verification.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is approximately 3–5 working days.
  • Delivery to remote locations may take additional time depending on courier services.
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier service disruptions
    • Public holidays or operational issues

3. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges may differ based on:
    • Customer location
    • Product size or weight
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp (if applicable).
  • You can monitor your shipment through the courier’s tracking system.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If the customer is unavailable, the order may be cancelled automatically.

6. Customer Information Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct:
    • Delivery address
    • Contact number
  • We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

7. Order Verification & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to:
    • Verify any order before dispatch
    • Cancel orders that appear suspicious or unconfirmed
  • Orders can only be cancelled before reaching the “Ready to Ship” stage.

8. Damaged or Missing Items (Important)

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
    • Report the issue within 2 days of delivery
    • Provide:
      • Order number
      • Complete unboxing video
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

9. Return Pickup Process

  • After approval of a return request:
    • Courier pickup may be arranged within 5–7 working days
  • If pickup is not available:
    • Customer may need to send the product via courier
    • Shipping charges may be reimbursed if approved
