At HUB OF GADGETS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and replacement policy below.

1. Refund Options

Store Credit (Recommended)

  • Approved refunds are issued as store credit equal to the eligible amount.
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase.
  • Validity: 6 months from the date of issuance.

Cash Refund (Upon Request)

  • If a cash refund is requested, a deduction of up to 30% will be applied.
  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval.
  • Processing time may vary depending on verification and payment method.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Refunds or replacements are only considered if:
    • Incorrect product was delivered
    • Product is faulty or not functioning properly
    • Item arrived damaged (unboxing video required)
    • Order is incomplete or missing items

3. Required Proof (Important)

  • To proceed with any claim, the following must be provided:
    • Order number
    • Complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product check)
  • Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if:
    • Product has been used, damaged, or altered
    • Original packaging or accessories are missing
    • Request is made after 7 days of delivery
    • Issue is based on change of mind
    • Minor differences in color, size, or expectations occur

5. Return & Inspection Process

  • Submit your request via email along with required proof.
  • Our team will review your case and provide further instructions.
  • You may be asked to return the product for inspection.
  • After evaluation:
    • Approved → Store credit or cash refund (with deduction)
    • Rejected → Product will be returned to the customer
